What changed
Adds one concrete community example to the Hooks table: usage-guard, a local Stop-hook plugin that warns as a Claude Code 5-hour or weekly limit approaches and shows an even-pace readout.

Why
The guide already explains the hook mental model and common use cases. This gives readers one open-source, runnable example of a Stop hook that protects a real workflow constraint without adding a sales link or changing the guide's structure.
