Photo shortcut is a small Android widget for opening one chosen image quickly. Pick an image, select the square highlight shown on the home screen, then tap the widget to open the original image in your usual photo viewer.
This app is built and tested for Pixel Launcher. It may work with other launchers, but there are no guarantees.

The current APK is signed with the developer's local Android debug key. Future updates must use the same signing key for Android and Obtainium to install them over an existing version.
- Add the Photo shortcut widget to Pixel Launcher.
- Choose an image.
- Drag and pinch to select the square highlight.
- Tap Save.
Tap the widget to open the original image. Long-press the widget and use Pixel Launcher's reconfigure action to replace the image or adjust its highlight.
