「入力されなかった」ではなく Keys (キー入力) が文字入力にならない、などの意味になりそうです
普通の人の入力の意図は、人間のキー押し下げを意味しがちなので...
あるいは文字入力にならなかったキー押し下げは...とするとかでしょうか?
見直しはしたほうがいいかなと思います
