feat(mcp): sign/unwrap custom functions and surface silo sombra metadata

Summary

• Add Sombra customer-ingress signCustomFunction / unwrapCustomFunction on the REST client.
• Surface sombraId, connectionState, and customSiloConnectionStrategy on inventory list/get/create so DSR Custom Function silos can be found and pinned.
• Refresh the committed GraphQL schema (includes RunCustomFunctionInput JWT fields) and drop a duplicate DropStatusOverrideInput.

Test plan

• pnpm run --dir packages/mcp/mcp-server-base test
• pnpm run --dir packages/mcp/mcp-server-inventory test
• Confirm inventory_list_data_silos accepts customSiloConnectionStrategy=CUSTOM_FUNCTION
• Confirm inventory_create_data_silo forwards sombraId for customFunction
