Description
I've removed the overly complicated
BlockMathandInlineMathsetup and replaced it with the recommended options to enable the commonly seen$...$and$$...$$syntax for LaTeX expressions.Additionally, I've edited the corresponding style guide for contributors to match the aforementioned way of writing mathy things.
Closes #1737.
