feat: run context

Summary

Adds a run() function to the {{ }} expression engine, exposing the current run's metadata: run().id, run().url, and run().started_at.

Backend

• Registered run() in the expression runtime (node_configuration_builder.go) — resolves the run from the root event and returns id, a UI deep link url, and started_at (a time.Time). Reserved the run identifier.
• Added run() to the static expression validator.
• Kept the memory-write iteration-variable reserved list in sync (added run).

Frontend

• run() autocomplete entry, evaluator support, and editor preview/field-drilling (run(). → id/url/started_at), with the example URL derived from the current page location.

Compatibility: Additive except reserving the run identifier (rejects a user variable literally named run, now enforced consistently at config and runtime).
