Changes

  • Update README with Sanger-specific details
  • Remove support for Rails 7.0 and below
  • Add Ruby 3.4 and Rails 8.0 to test matrix
  • Allow Rails versions up to before 9
  • Update checkout action
  • Fix Ruby and Rails version incompatibilities
  • Update Minitest and improve feedback
  • Delete test DB before running tests
  • Migrate error and deprecation handling to modern rails
  • Bump minor version to 0.4.0
