Extends the wheel-build matrix to
macos-15andmacos-26(arm64) alongside the existingmanylinux_x86_64, each new build tagged with its correspondingMACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET.We download each wheel and test it on the runner that triggered the build.
