A distance matrix for zips in Jutland, Denmark is included calculated using Bing maps (assuming symetric distances).
See the files distances_jutland.csv (long format) and distanceMatBing.RData (matrix binary format).
The distance matrix has not been checked for any errors and can be used "as is".
