My career in tech started in Software Quality Assurance, where I built a strong foundation in software development, testing, and product quality. Over time, my focus shifted from validating solutions to helping define what should be built and why, leading me into Business Analysis and Product.
Today, I work closely with stakeholders, engineering, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle, understanding problems, refining requirements, managing backlogs, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, supporting delivery, and making sure business goals and technical implementation remain aligned.
I also enjoy the technical side of software development. Programming is a hobby that allows me to experiment with ideas, build personal projects, learn new technologies, and stay close to the engineering challenges behind the products I work with.
