The powdr first-class-fp PR (#3776, fp-in-ExecutionState) repoints powdr-openvm
onto openvm's first-class-fp branch. This repo still pinned openvm to
tag v2.0.0-beta.2-powdr.1, so the reth-benchmark graph pulled two revisions of
openvm-circuit-primitives (both declaring links="circuit-primitives-cuda"),
which Cargo rejects ("failed to select a version … Only one package … may
specify the same links value").
Repoint the openvm [patch] block (42 crates) and the powdr-* git deps to
branch first-class-fp so the whole graph resolves to a single openvm revision.
