put latitude and longitude in BMI variable list.
added a test script "checking_cru_lat_lon.py" under "Example" folder. I compared latitude and longitude from BMI and directly from netCDF files. They should be the same.

@sc0tts I added a test script "checking_cru_lat_lon.py" under the "Example" folder. I compared latitude and longitude from BMI and directly from netCDF files. They should be the same. Please review these so that be able to merge.
Furthermore, if this is able to merge, the coupling with Ku component should be fine.
