Improved the polygon of Stadt_Bern-Orthofotos-2023. (The previous polygon was much larger than the area covered by the aerial images, resulting in black backgrounds.)

Thanks, our CI check is quite strict about the polygon winding, if you could fix that?

Sorry, i missed this and i didn't know that the exterior ring must be anticlockwise. It should be correct now.
