Tagging this before the July 13, 2017 "new docs" that move away from the Phase 0-4 approach.
Old Docs including Manual toolkit commands and references
Doing a release on the soon to be "old" version of docs from before May 21, 2017 that include the old reference section with manual commands. Moving forward, this content will be available in this old version of the docs and a separate repo.
Marking docs that still have Pi as a top level setup option
Docs in dev/master following after 3/12/17 will no longer feature Pi (or Carelink) as top level recommendations. The documentation still exists; but is not in the high level outlines.
