- Created a new CHANGELOG.md file to document notable changes and adhere to the Keep a Changelog format.
- Added support for Python 3.13 in pyproject.toml.
- Introduced GitHub Actions workflow for automated release management, including building, checking, and publishing to PyPI.
- Added PEP 561 typing markers in the source directories for better type hinting support.
