This config is deprecated in favour of angular-cli, so I can give any access you need

You mean you don't intend to maintain the project anymore?
Too bad :( , 'cause i liked the fact that this focus only on the build tools (webpack, karma, protactor) making it more lightweight than angular-cli and more hackable...

yep, I know sorry. ng-cli week point is webpack version, so it will be much faster soon
