The conclusion that no corpus entry is needed leaves the only amended instrument in this watch window untracked. A repo-wide search finds no EDDF/212. DV file, and laws/luftvo_2015.md contains only the enabling LuftVO provision—not the Frankfurt flight procedures changed here—so updating the LuftVO explainer cannot make the amended regulation available to legal research. Record the 212. DV as missing and add or refresh that distinct instrument.
