docs: add ChatDev integration guide and update integrations list

Description

Adds integration documentation for ChatDev, a zero-code multi-agent platform that now supports Mem0 as a built-in memory store (type: mem0) via OpenBMB/ChatDev#598.

The doc covers setup, YAML configuration, memory attachment, the retrieve→generate→store cycle, dual-scope memory, configuration reference, and troubleshooting tips.
