This pull request introduces a new derivation module for generating derived lemmas from adjectives, nouns, and verbs. It defines a unified interface and types for derived lemmas, implements key derivation logic for major parts of speech, and adds utility functions to support morphological processing. The changes are grouped into new feature implementation and supporting utilities.
