Summary

  • Add a count of files being used in 1 instance. Makes the UI look cleaner.
  • Replacement or Original status for each individual reference
  • Replace or Original status for same reference (different counts, could split up like 4 replaced, 4 original)
  • File state for partial replacement

Testing

File Counter

  • Add the same file on a piece of content item (copy and paste the link generated when you add a file)
  • Open that file up in UDOIT and the instance counter should reflect it

Partial Save State

  • No actual way to test this from normal workflow UNLESS something goes wrong
  • Can test this "artificially" by after saving a file replacement, going to one of the content item and changing it back to it's original file
  • Then open it up in UDOIT to see the change being reflected

Syllabus

  • Add file to a syllabus
  • Try replacing using UDOIT

MAY require some additional work and maybe a "status" flag for the fileReferenceHolder.

The instance counter is properly reflecting the file count, and UDOIT is also aware of files added to the Syllabus now. That said, there seems to be something wrong with file replacement. Not sure if this is new to the branch or this is the case for others, but when I try to replace any file, I get these two errors. Any idea how to resolve this?
