Adds ternlight - a ternary (1.58-bit) sentence-embedding model that runs fully on-device in a 5–7 MB WASM bundle (Rust → WASM SIMD engine, no server/API). Adds the ternlight live demo - semantic search over ~2k docs in the browser.
