When removing retired maintainers from maintainers.yaml, please make sure to also update the CODEOWNERS file (specifically line 3) to remove @mrlihanbo, @carmark, @zoroyouxi, and @lfbear. Keeping both files in sync is essential to ensure that repository permissions and automatic review routing are correctly aligned with the active maintainers list.
