Only selected titles will be patched automatically for removing vertical lines

  • soul calibur 3
  • taiko
  • tekken

This list can be modified anytime when other titles needs to be added later.

Added a method to enable sprite rounding hack to fix vertical seams between adjacent sprites. The hack can be toggled via SetSpriteRoundingHackEnabled().
Always enabled for screen stability.
Add virtual method for sprite rounding hack in GSHandler
Added a sprite rounding hack for specific game titles.
Removed comments that were not necessary for understanding the code.
Removed unnecessary blank lines in GSH_OpenGL.cpp.
Removed unnecessary blank lines in ArcadeUtils.cpp.

Vertical lines removed but Tekken 4 still screen flashing in adv demo movie.
After insert coins / service, screen gets normal.

Vertical line may be shown during in-game video setting changed from openGL to Vulkan. But this is not nesesarry action and won't be a problems.
