Adds the AI Code Audit Checklist suggested in #168 as an external systems-programming audit resource.

This suggestion is a single external checklist, not a source-code repository with enough material for a full 8-chapter tutorial track. Keeping it as a category resource preserves the tutorial contract while still making the resource discoverable.
