Addressed multiple security vulnerabilities by updating transitive dependencies:

• Upgraded oras.land/oras-go/v2 from v2.6.1 to v2.6.2 to address GO-2026-5880, GHSA-fxhp-mv3v-67qp.
• Upgraded google.golang.org/grpc from v1.80.0 to v1.82.1 to address GHSA-hrxh-6v49-42gf.
