Apologies, this PR was opened by a targeted Scala Steward tool that @jonathonherbert & I have been developing (see scala-steward-org/scala-steward#3612 for info). It should have been opened in draft (all other 7 PRs were correctly raised as draft) so that it didn't send notifications and distract maintainers, but for some reason it wasn't:
