- Simplify README.md to focus on high-level summary, advantages, and a quick Python example.
- Merge C++ build instructions and CLI usage into a single doc/cli.md.
- Remove deprecated sections from CLI guide (Vocabulary Restriction and Redefine Special Meta Tokens).
- Delete redundant doc/build.md.
