Do a major version bump to prep for release. - #590

As work as been done to start supporting SwiftPM, it means some of the source layout has changed. Likewise, some things been moved over to ARC. These two likely mean some integrations with this will have more work to do, so make this a major version bump so things have to adopt it to get these changes.
