Bumps celeris v1.5.4 -> v1.5.5 (io_uring slowloris-timer cancel + postgres ExecContext prepared-statement cache + keyauth/overload fixes) and fallbackVersion 1.4.10 -> 1.4.11. Build, vet, race tests, and the H2C integration matrix (live celeris v1.5.5 subprocess, all proto/upgrade combos) pass. Cut as v1.4.11 so probatorium can pin a released loadgen carrying celeris v1.5.5.

Bumps the celeris dependency to the just-released v1.5.5 so loadgen v1.4.11 transitively carries it for probatorium to pin.
celeris v1.5.5 = io_uring slowloris-timer cancel + postgres ExecContext prepared-statement cache (validated +21% pg-write) + keyauth ErrUnauthorized chaining (#391) + overload godoc (#392).
Verified locally:
go build/go vet/go test -race ./...green, and the H2C integration matrix (TestIntegrationH2CMatrix, live celeris v1.5.5 subprocess, all proto×upgrade combos) passes. No loadgen source changes — dependency bump only.
