v1.60.2.0 fix(setup): include lib in runtime roots

Summary

• Link/copy lib/ beside bin/ for Codex sidecars and Codex, Factory, OpenCode, and Kiro runtime roots.
• Add a regression test that runs gstack-learnings-log from .agents/skills/gstack/bin with lib/ linked beside it.
• Bump release metadata to 1.60.2.0.
