WIP add coordinate 2captcha solver for immoscout.
The solver already works but the second try fails because the backoff package seems to trigger an exception which quits the program.
I currently do not have a lot of time, so feel free to fix it if you have more knowledge about this package.
I'm using the 2captcha package, since the old v1 API did not seem to work for me with base64 images.
This also fixes an issue with immoscout using results from other areas if it cannot find something fitting. Now it should only consider relevant infos.
