Makes links to Eventum Issue Tracker, Quering issue info from Eventum via XMLRPC.
Download and install the plugin using the Plugin Manager using the eventum-YYYY-MM-DD.tar.gz URL.

Configure Plugin settings via Configuration Manager (or modify conf/local.php yourself):
- plugin»eventum»url - URL for Eventum installation
- plugin»eventum»username - Login to authorize for XML_RPC queries
- plugin»eventum»password - Password to authorize for XML_RPC queries
