feat: prepare v0.2.0 templates and Apograph CLI

Summary

• promote the faithful PoliTo thesis and publish exactly two beta templates in v0.2.0
• remove draft inventory from the public README
• add the dependency-free Apograph list, info, and new CLI with verified atomic extraction
• add token-free, manual PyPI Trusted Publishing infrastructure

Validation

• 59 local tests pass
• both release-mode template artifacts compile in isolation
• wheel and sdist build and install successfully
• live v0.1.0 release discovery and installation pass
• unpublished release candidate run 29659143776 passes in TeX Live 2026

Before merge/tag

• compile both exact CI candidate ZIPs on Overleaf
• record that final verification in the roadmap
• merge only after required checks pass
• publish v0.2.0 only from its protected tag

PyPI publication remains disabled until the pypi environment and pending publisher are configured intentionally.
