Konfiguration för singletons är lite av en pain point för tillfället. Man vill gärna kunna lätt konfigurera saker och samtidigt ha bra performance. Kompromissen jag använt för nu är att använda environment-variabler, så jag rekommenderar det fram tills man kommit på en kanske bättre lösning. |

This PR introduces a new location for subscribing to our chalmers.it's news. In digIT(26);'s plan of allowing students to partake in news notifications from other places than Slack, I feel like this is a good first step.
The idea is to have "subscribe" options located in the sidebar in an easy-to-access manner that is not intrusive:

Currently, Slack and RSS are the only options that we offer, but plans from digIT(26); members include Mail support.
