feat(agent): show memory list in console

Summary

• add a read-only memory list pane to the agent console, opened with uppercase M
• load recent memory items through the configured AI DevKit memory database path and @ai-devkit/memory list API
• document the shortcut in console help/footer hints and add focused tests/docs

Validation

• npx ai-devkit@latest lint --feature view-memory-list-in-agent-console
• npm --workspace packages/cli test
• npm --workspace packages/cli run build

Risks

• Manual interactive TUI smoke check is still recommended before release.
