New Features:

• Added support for configuring write-back cache (MCS I/O) on AWS EC2 machine catalogs via the writeback_cache block in aws_machine_config for citrix_machine_catalog.
• Added support for specifying a customer-managed encryption key (CMEK) for GCP machine catalog disks via the new crypto_key_id attribute in gcp_machine_config.
• Added support for specifying share_with_resources when creating a citrix_image_version, in addition to updating it. Fixes [Feature] Support specifying share_with_resources during create for citrix_image_version #360

Bugfixes:

• Fixed state inconsistency for citrix_machine_properties where machine tags were not reflected in Terraform state after apply.
• Fixed the Client IP policy filter ip_address validator incorrectly rejecting valid IPv6 address ranges (e.g. 2001:db8::1-2001:db8::2). IPv6 ranges are now validated and ordered correctly.
• Fixed the Client IP policy filter ip_address validator incorrectly rejecting valid IPv6 CIDR blocks with prefix lengths /40 through /128 (e.g. /64, /128).
• Added AnyViaAG as an allowed connection type. Fixes [Bug] Imported Delivery Group Resource causes Invalid Attribute Value Match on terraform plan #357
