Hardcoding may not be the sexiest thing, but it's a start. Otherwise the anchor from "Overview" to the title page would have no second argument

The
site.bookidparameter was missing and it seems the anchor link format isbookID=.... At least now it works, although I'm not super thrilled about the hardcodedbookidvalue in the config file.
