This PR fixes #887. Where possible, I've used new, published API functions to simplify the code in Gooey, including removing the large duplicate list of hex colour codes from
richtextconsole.pyin favour of the one incoloredinstead.The
coloredversion number is pinned to >=2 to ensure proper package compatibility.
