- homepage http://dna.uio.no/swipe/ is dead, point it at the GitHub repo. - swipe.h includes <x86intrin.h> and uses SSE intrinsics with no NEON path, so add 'depends_on arch: :x86_64'; test-bot then skips the arm64 macOS runners instead of failing on the x86intrin.h include.
