Improved document loading for documents with extended properties, improved namespaced property handling and additional unit testing. Updated several generic `RuntimeError` exceptions to more specific `TypeError` or `ValueError` exceptions. Updated `README` and `CHANGELOG` files to reflect the updates. Incremented SemanticPy library version number to `1.3.5`.
