Added support for controlling appending behaviour for multiple-value properties. Added support for quietly preventing overwrites of single-value properties, with no logging. Updated the `README` file to document the new and changed functionality. Added and updated the unit tests to cover the new functionality. Incremented the `semanticpy` library version number to `1.2.6`.
