Added support for controlling overwrite behaviour for single-value properties. Updated the `README` file to document the new functionality and to improve documentation of existing functionality and library classes, methods and properties. Added unit testing for the new property value overwrite behaviours. Incremented the `semanticpy` library version number to `1.2.4`.
