This line is suspicious with the new DA form, which I assume is broken. The existing systems just communicate 8949s. I would definitely want something that's different from the form Coinbase uses.

You can see there's a lot of reminiscent linking standards scoped under c(2)(11) for the issuer disclosure platform.
