Change the check CLI to submit work and return, with completion observed through check status. Keep live progress behind `check attach`, reject non-interactive or agent contexts, and let human attach users tune long-running command display with --long-running. This avoids accidental ANSI/progress floods in automation while preserving an explicit terminal-only live UI for interactive use. Signed-off-by: Hanno Becker <beckphan@amazon.co.uk>
