Superseded by #147, which combines this terraform-plugin-go 0.31.0 bump with the required terraform-plugin-framework 1.19.0 and terraform-plugin-testing 1.16.0 bumps. These are coupled — go v0.31.0 added GenerateResourceConfig to the ProviderServer interface, which only framework v1.19.0 implements, so bumping go alone fails to build.
