What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Make
dev/ci-velox-buildstatic-centos-9.shexecutable by setting the file mode to 755. The script was missing the executable bit, which would cause failures when VS Code tries to run it after creating the Dev Container.Follow-up of #12125
