Proposed change(s)
Updating the Wrench version and regenerating Yamato scripts for Packageworks
Updating unity.coding package version and disabling static serialization check for inference package in Dev projects. Error will be fixed in Inference package in a separate commit.
These changes are required for compatibility with Unity 6.6 since some API changed and a new tool to monitor serialization attributes was deployed.
