pretrained-gpu.py and h26x.py had run_one_file("INDEX_FINAL.txt, xxxxxx") which was resulting in ValueErrors as INDEX_FINAL does not exist. Changed these to instead run run_one_file("INDEX.txt, xxxxxx").
