Summary

This pull request adds a complete Arabic translation of the project's README.

The translation preserves the structure, formatting, links, code examples,
and overall meaning of the original English README while making the
documentation accessible to Arabic-speaking developers.

Why

Arabic is one of the most widely spoken languages in the world, yet the
project currently doesn't provide an Arabic README.

Adding this translation helps improve accessibility and lowers the barrier
for Arabic-speaking users who are getting started with the project.

Changes

  • Added README.ar.md
  • Preserved the original Markdown structure
  • Preserved all code examples and hyperlinks
  • Translated all explanatory text into Arabic
