Template models and database for MetaDraft. The models included here are download from the BiGG database, they have simply been augmented with the addition of protein sequences openly available from GenBank.
This model collection is provided for researchers convenience, MetaDraft is not dependent on this template library. It is possible to create your own template library using MetaDraft's built-in functionality, see the Metadraft user documentation for details. It is the researchers responsibility to ensure that their useage of these templates complies with that of the BiGG database licence.
BiGG models are made available under the BiGG non-commercial licence. See bigg_model_licence.md for details.
